Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for optional benefits, including:

When you apply with Labor Connections, you’ll have the opportunity to select the benefits that best fit your needs. You’ll have 30 days from your first assignment to make or adjust your benefit elections.
After your initial enrollment period, you can make changes during our annual open enrollment.
If you experience a qualifying life event such as a change in marital status, number of dependents, dependent eligibility. You’ll have 30 days from the event date to report it and request any necessary enrollment changes.

Payroll & Direct Deposit
We offer flexible, convenient options to ensure you get paid quickly and securely.
Direct Deposit: Easily deposit your paycheck into your existing bank account.
Visa Pay Card: Enjoy the convenience of direct deposit even if you don’t have a bank account. Use your pay card anywhere Visa is accepted for purchases, ATM withdrawals, or online payments.
All employees are eligible for the pay card option.
Most employees are paid weekly, with Friday paydays covering the previous week worked.
If you did not select direct deposit or a pay card, a physical paycheck will be available at the Labor Connections office that services your assignment. Need it at another location? Simply call or visit any of our offices to request your check be transferred to a more convenient site.
