Employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week can elect coverage. They have 30 days from their first assignment to make or adjust elections, and can change coverage during annual open enrollment.
Qualifying life events, including a change in marital status, number of dependents, or dependent eligibility, open a new 30-day window to update elections.
Support On Site
When someone has a question about a claim, a card, or a deduction, they call us. Our team in Conover and Morganton are available and responsive, which means benefits questions stop landing on your supervisors.
